What we are about.
This forum is for any automotive enthusiast in the East Texas area. We are not a car club, just a central community for automotive enthusiasts. You dont have to have a certain type of vehicle to join the community here. We dont discriminate. Everyone is welcome!
If you want to chat and share information with other automotive enthusiasts from around East Texas then you are at the right place. We have a good amount of info on drag racing, drifting, autocross, and road racing including events that are taking place in the area.

There is a site wide announcement at the top of every forum on this but so far after 3 days there are only 4 views, so I thought I would post this here too.
We have noticed that some member signatures are not within the rules. This announcement will be the only and final warning. This will be up approx. one week and then offending signatures will be deleted.
Signature size is not to be more than 200px in height as per the RULES. Please make the necessary changes.

Well I have quite a few guys coming to Tyler off the www.xr-underground.com website, they will be here on the 18th and spending the night at Tyler State Park for a Tacoma X-Runner Meet.
StreetMod and I talked a bit, then I talked to the XRU Guys and we all want to have a cruise, it will be the same route as last time.
Meet at the Old Movie 6 Theater off Loop 323 and 5th street at 11am and be ready to leave by 11:45am. The cruise should be finished by 3pm and I am more than certain people will be hungry.
Meetup : Loop 323 & 5th Street at the old Movie 6 Theater @ 11am
Cruise Starts : 11:45am
Pit Stops : Yes, we will stop along the route several times for gas & resources
Lunch Time : should be around 3pm and we can all discuss where to eat on one of our breaks

Welcome Friends!!! Its time for Gymkhana racing in Texas!!! :D
Tech inspection starts at 9:00am, driver's meeting will
start around 9:45am. Please be there early enough for this if
you intend to drive.
Runs will continue throughout the day, probably until shortly
before sunset, or until everyone is tired and no drivers wish
to make any more runs for the day, whichever comes first.
All runs will be timed, but only your fastest run will count.
This course will be huge by gymkhana standards taking an avg of
2 minutes to complete.
The course will include auto barrel racing, reverse section,
180's, and a stop box.
There will be a tech inspection of each car before it is
allowed to go on the track, which will include a quick lookover
of the car and safety equipment (ie helmet, seat belts, ect.. )
